This tea blend was inspired by Jack as a way to help calm his boundless energy and promote relaxation and restful sleep. It’s a child-friendly blend that makes for a wonderful bedtime ritual, especially when paired with a good story!

How to Brew

Hot= 3-4g (1-2 tbsp) per 8oz boiling water / 5-6 min steep

Cold Brew= 3g (1 tbsp) for 250ml / 8g (3 tbsp) for 750ml / 10g (4 tbsp) for 1 liter / 8-24 hour cold steep in fridge
