Hot= 3g (2 tsp) per 8oz 167-175 degree water / 4-6 min steep

Cold Brew= 3g (2 tsp) for 250ml / 8g (4 tbsp) for 750ml / 10g (5 tsp) for 1 liter / 2-6 hour cold steep in fridge
